Behold Nihternnes' return. (Should that be 'Returnnes'? Whatever) Raw and scratch-produced, these tracks were originally demoed to go on the 2013 full-length, coming later this year. But after the entire demos were put together and recorded for that album, it came to like 100 minutes. They don't make CDs that long, so I cut these three tracks and prettied them up a little, and here I present the prelude, if you will. Don't worry, the LP is no less awesome for it, but you'll have to wait for that

It always appears I run into this problem - Brythonic in 2009 was basically a handful of tracks that didn't fit onto 'Subterfuge'. Oh well, if it means you get more Nihternnes then all the better for you, you lucky things.

Like I say, the production isn't great, no idea what happened to the drums (Sound like they were recorded underground or something), fuck it, they were demos anyway. No biggy. Son Of Sun would've gone on the LP but it's just too damn long. But I feel it should still be heard, so here you go. As for the covers, I had so much fun recording them that it would be a shame not to share the mess I created.
