This is Billy Joel. A new ballad reminiscent of timeless classics such as
"Honesty" and "She's Always a Woman" is born! The world's first CD of the
first new song in 17 years, including an extended version, is available
only in Japan. The lyrics, ``Have I waited too long to turn on the light
again?'' are normally thought of as a song about a man trying to repair
his relationship with his ex-lover or wife. Although the song seems to be
about feelings, it also works well if it is replaced with the relationship
between Billy in his prime and his former fans. ``It's been a long time,
but my passion for creative activities has been ignited once again.'' . It
can also be seen as a hidden message to fans. Standard jewel case
