Throughout the years, throughout history, a long lost hope to believe... now...
The last couple of years took lead into a deep change, there were almost ten years of activity (or inactivity as it well may be said) and still there was nothing new to provide the continuing...
The sense of time expired, to prevail; days ran amok... There never was hope in our extinction we had to remember the remembrance!
The beginning in April 97; the first live performance at Marques Rock Club in Lisbon; afterwards in 99 the first step to immortality, the recording of the demo "Take 0" which led Masque to participate in the Iberian tour with Primordial, Sacred Sin, Dark Tales and many others...
Golden times had arise, there was no glance of any stopping, and interregnum was not foreseen...
"....Without pain no answers, without dreams no balance", these words which came upon the music Scathe almost turned out to be the reflection of our turning point, the incoming and outgoing members were scars turning to gashes, due to several reasons, not just for personal matters, it was hard to enhance rest inside the core of the Masque. Not just for once rest didn't come to our tired bodies... But if we died when there was no one watching, we would assure that it would not take long to be forgotten and forsaken, all the feelings inside the reveries were frail, were not a model of how to prevail dwelling in mayhem...
Weren't we dead yet? We could have laid in that engulfing stream, but no! We are back! Due to constant changes, due to the grasp we had by coming forth, due to the flaming will that we had to arise again!!! To reign down on doom, to carve a new destiny... We are now recording what will be the first Masque Of Innocence album, the debut, the dream that was endured for too long...

The fellowship of the Masque is now here to stay; we are able and capable to be remembered, marching to turn remembrances into live anger. We will never forget to remember!!!...
